Shiva Eye Hospital

Over here in Dilsukhnagar, at Door No 4-85-3, is where we have our eye hospital. Hyderabad is a big, busy city, and this area is no exception with all the noise and people moving about. We’ve been running Shiva Eye Hospital from this building for quite some time now. It’s a place where people come when their vision starts getting a bit blurry or they need new glasses. We have the usual machines for testing eyes, and they aren't the brand new versions you see in the big fancy hospitals, but they do the job just fine. The waiting room gets a bit cramped in the evenings because that's when everyone finishes work and stops by. We try to keep the line moving, but sometimes eye exams take longer than you'd expect. It’s mostly just the local crowd from around this part of Hyderabad who comes in. We have a few staff members who help with the frames and the testing. It’s a lot of reading the bottom line on the chart and asking if this one is better or that one. We don't put up a lot of posters or try to sell anything extra. People just want to see better so they can go about their lives. It’s a straightforward business and we like being in Dilsukhnagar. If you’re walking past the shops, you’ll see our door right there on the main stretch. It isn't a flashy place, but it's where we work every day.
