Our current base is at Plot No:45 in Samala Lakshmi Nagar, near the M.B. Darga in Kowkur. This is where we handle things for Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd in the Secunderabad and Andhra Pradesh region. The pin is 500078. It’s a bit of a specific location, but it works well for us because it’s quiet enough to get the planning done but close enough to the main roads. The office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and storage. We have a lot of stuff piled up, mostly tools and safety gear that the workers need. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, one of the engineers just answers the door if someone knocks. Most of the time we are out at the sites, so the office is just for the early morning and late evening paperwork. We deal with the local weather, the site inspections, and the material deliveries. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not about looking big or important. We just have a job to do in the building industry and this is the place where we manage it all from. No fancy brochures here, just real work being done by real people. We take each day as it comes and focus on the concrete and steel.
