Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

We operate out of room 408 in the Jayalaxmi Apartments, located in Jayanagar, New Bowenpally. It’s over in Secunderabad, and it’s a pretty quiet spot for an office. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the work for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. without too many distractions. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers, printers, and a whole lot of paper. We don’t have a fancy board room or anything like that. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s desk if we need to talk about a project. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the people working here have been in the construction industry for years. We’ve seen all sorts of problems come up on sites, so we don’t get rattled easily. We aren't here to promise the world. We just promise to show up and do what we said we’d do. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just keep going. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to be reliable and get things done. It’s a good group of people here, just working hard and trying to get things finished on time. No bells or whistles, just the daily routine.
