Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

We are based out of Flat No 101 in Ala Enclave, which is in Kamalapuri Colony, Hyderabad. It’s a residential-style setup for our office of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd. Indira Nagar is a well-known area, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get to the plot number ten. The office is on the first floor, which makes it easy to walk up. It’s a quiet colony for the most part, which is a relief compared to the noisier parts of the city. We have a few rooms converted into work areas. It feels more like a home than a cold corporate office, which I think the staff prefers. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that here. It’s mostly just engineers and coordinators doing their thing. We sit down, go through the files, and coordinate with the sites. Hyderabad weather can be a bit much sometimes, but the office stays cool enough. We keep things pretty casual among ourselves. There is no formal dress code or anything, just people working hard to make sure the projects stay on track. If you need someone, you just walk in and ask. It’s all very direct and simple here. We don’t feel the need to make things more complicated than they actually are. Most days are just about hitting deadlines and staying organized.
