Shakti Clinic

Shakti Clinic is situated near the Ganesh Temple on Railway Station Road in Rezimental Bazaar. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and movement. You can hear the trains blowing their whistles and the constant hum of people heading to the bazaar. It’s a very busy part of town. Our clinic is tucked away right near the temple, which is a busy spot too. People often stop in after they’ve been to the market. The floors are made of old stone and they stay relatively cool even when it’s boiling outside. We have a small desk where we keep the records. It’s pretty dusty around here because of all the traffic on the road outside. We spend a lot of time cleaning the windows, but the dust always comes back. We see all kinds of people, from travelers at the station to shopkeepers from the bazaar. The waiting area is usually full of people carrying bags from their shopping trips. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We don't have a lot of room for extra stuff, so everything has a specific place. The staff has to be quick because people are often in a rush to catch their next train. It’s a hectic place to work, but it’s never boring. We just keep things simple and try to see everyone who walks in before we close for the night.
