This is Shailaja’s place, though you’ll find us listed under C/O T.P. Chari at house number 2-62. We’re located in Kabeer Nagar, which is part of the Erragadda area in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s quieter than the main roads, which we actually prefer. We aren't a big company with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’re likely to just walk right into where we’re working. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been in this neighborhood, 500018, for quite a long time. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s that kind of place. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just provide our services to whoever needs them and try to be as helpful as possible. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts off, and we just sit and wait it out like everyone else. We don’t have any fancy corporate backup plans, just a bit of patience. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and keep the records straight. It’s not glamorous, but it’s honest work. We don't have any slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done right the first time so nobody has to complain. It’s a simple way to live and work, and it has served us well over the years. We like it here.
