Sgd Pharma India is located in Begumpet. Most people know this part of the city is always moving. Our place is right there in the thick of it. We work with glass packaging and pharmaceutical containers. It’s a specific kind of business. The office isn't very large, but we make it work. There are files everywhere and usually some samples of bottles sitting on the windowsills. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the factory side of things is running okay. The air conditioner in the main room makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool, so nobody complains. We usually take our lunch breaks at different times so someone is always there to answer the phone. Begumpet is a convenient spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up all around us. Despite all the changes, our routine stays mostly the same. We come in, check the emails, talk about the day's tasks, and get to it. It’s a lot of coordination. There isn't much drama here. We just focus on the glass and the orders. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We are just a group of people doing our jobs every day.
