Sembcorp Logistics (India)

We are located over in Tarnaka at F1 Ballad Estate. It’s right across from the main road where David Memorial School is. Sembcorp Logistics has been operating out of this spot for a good while. The area is usually quite busy with school traffic in the mornings and afternoons. Our office is where we coordinate a lot of the moving parts for the logistics work we do. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on truck schedules. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It's a practical space meant for work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the traffic on the main road outside. We deal with various types of cargo and transport. It's mostly about making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. The staff here has been around for a few years, so we know the routine. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just focus on the spreadsheets and the dispatch notes. Tarnaka is a decent location for us because it’s well-connected. We spend our days mostly dealing with drivers and warehouse staff. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We just try to stay organized and keep the shipments moving through the system as best as we can. It’s mostly about managing the flow of goods. Sometimes the computers are slow, which gets frustrating, but we manage.
