Scl-Bscpl Joint Venture

We are based in the Nilagiri Block of Aditya Enclave, specifically in room 214C. That is in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our office is part of a joint venture between two companies working together on bigger projects. It’s a practical space where we combine our resources. We spend a lot of time on spreadsheets and phone calls, trying to make sure everything from both sides of the venture is lined up. It’s not a large office, but we make it work. Often, it's quite crowded with people from both firms coming in to discuss the latest progress. We have a lot of files and documents stacked up because these joint projects involve a ton of paperwork. We aren't looking to win any awards for our interior design. It’s just a place to sit and work. There is usually a lot of tea going around and people talking loudly over the noise from the street outside. Being in Aditya Enclave makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We just focus on the infrastructure tasks at hand and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. It’s a collaborative effort and we just do our part every day. We’ve got some old maps of the city pinned to the walls to help us plan out the logistics for the heavy equipment.
