We are based out of Marrigudem in Nalgonda, right on the Hyderabad Road at house number 6-53. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the trucks passing by. We do infrastructure work, which means we spend most of our time out on sites, away from the office. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some desks, some old files, and a lot of maps of the local area. Working in infra means dealing with dirt, rocks, and the sun. It’s not easy work, and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate with our plans. We focus on the district here, trying to get things built that people actually need. We aren't a big city firm with shiny windows. We’re local people who know these roads and these fields. If you come by the office, you might find it empty because we’re all out at a site somewhere. We use simple tools and hard work to get things done. There’s no secret to it. We just show up and do what’s required. People in Nalgonda know us, or at least they’ve seen our equipment around. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen how much the Hyderabad Road has changed. We just keep doing our part, one project after another. It’s steady work and we’re glad to have it. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up on the weekends when it is quieter and the phone stops ringing.
