Here at Saudi Oger Ltd, we’ve been based at H.No: 16-11-16/1/19/A for a good while. Our office is located in Plot 321, which sits right in the middle of Saleem Nagar Colony in Malakpet. Hyderabad is a big city, but this little corner feels like our own space. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. We just keep our door open and get to work every morning. There’s usually some tea going and a lot of papers scattered on the desks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work best. Dealing with the daily grind is what we do. We handle things for the company and make sure everything is in order. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we get behind on things, but we always catch up eventually. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular place in a busy neighborhood. We like being near the local shops and having the regular rhythm of Malakpet around us. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen plenty of people come and go. We don’t really bother with the corporate talk you see on TV. We just tell it like it is. If things are busy, we say so. If we’re waiting on something, we wait. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep doing what we do every single day without much fuss.
