Our office for Satyavani Project And Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Flat No: 312 at Sree Krupa Apartments. It’s in the Shrungeri Colony area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment, but it keeps things quiet so we can focus on the project details. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and structural drawings on the big table in the main room. It’s mostly consultancy work, so there are stacks of files and reports everywhere you look. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day; we’re usually in casual clothes because we might need to head out to a dusty construction site at a moment's notice. The neighbors in the building are used to seeing us coming and going with our rolls of paper. Shrungeri Colony is a decent place to be based, and it’s not too far from the main roads. We’ve had this setup for a while, and it works for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their way around a building plan. If the buzzer rings, it’s usually a courier or someone coming to discuss a new project. We just take it as it comes and try to give people the best advice we can based on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way because it allows us to be thorough.
