Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd.

Our office is up on the seventh floor of Surya Towers, at number 105. Being that high up in the building, we get a decent view of the surroundings, though we are usually way too busy to look out the windows. We manage the operations for our spinning mills from this office. It’s mostly a lot of planning and making sure the raw cotton gets to where it needs to go on time. We deal with various departments and logistics companies all day long. It can get a bit loud in the office when the phones are all ringing at once and everyone is talking. We aren’t a company that cares much about looking corporate or fancy. Our furniture is a bit old and the files are stacked pretty high on some of the desks near the back. We just care about the work getting done correctly. The elevator to the seventh floor can be really slow during the lunch hour, so we usually just plan our trips around it. We’ve been in Surya Towers for quite a while now. Most of the staff here have been working together for many years, so we have a good rhythm and know what to do. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We spin yarn and we sell it to people who need it. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or transport issues, but we just figure it out.
