You can find us at Pearl Heights, Flat No.203, in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s in the Hyderguda area of Attapur. Santosini Impex Llp is a small team working out of this flat. We’ve been involved in the import and export trade for a while now. It’s mostly about connecting people who have products with people who need them. We don’t have a massive warehouse or anything; we mostly manage the flow of goods through different ports and transport hubs. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a lot of files piled up. Attapur is a good location because it’s connected well to the rest of Hyderabad. We spend a lot of our day dealing with customs agents and transport companies. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are just boring data entry, while others are full of stress when a shipment gets stuck somewhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well so we can keep going. We don’t use fancy sales pitches. If you need something moved, we see if we can help. It’s as simple as that. The building is usually quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on complicated trade regulations. We’ve made some mistakes along the way, but we learn from them and keep moving forward. That’s just how business is for regular people like us.
