We are located at 18-14-5 in G. M. Nagar. It’s right by Kanchanbagh and the Santoshnagar X Road in Hyderabad. Dream India Builders And Developers Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team of us trying to get things built. This part of Hyderabad is always bustling. We spend a lot of time stuck in traffic just trying to get from the office to the various construction sites. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of rolled-up plans sitting on the tables. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the construction material we have to keep track of. We’ve been in G. M. Nagar for a while now and we know most of the people on the block. Building houses and commercial spots is hard work. Some days nothing goes right and the rain stops everything. Other days we make a lot of progress. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just rely on doing a decent job so that the neighbors tell each other about us. It’s how we’ve stayed in business. Santoshnagar X Road is a landmark everyone knows, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don't pretend to be the biggest company in India. We just want to finish our projects and keep the guys busy. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community here. We take things one project at a time and hope for the best.
