Santoshi Maternity Hospital

Santoshi Maternity Hospital is over in Venkateswara Nagar in Hyderabad. The area is quite a busy pocket of the city and we are right in the middle of it. If you spend any time at our address in Venkateswara Nagar, you will notice that it never really gets quiet. There is always someone arriving or someone leaving with a new baby. The hospital itself is a straightforward building. We do not have those massive glass elevators or fancy lobbies you see in the city center. It is a practical space designed for mothers and their families. The rooms are simple and we try to keep things organized, though during a busy shift, papers tend to pile up on the desks. We spend a lot of our time walking the hallways and checking on everyone. In Hyderabad, the heat can be a lot, so we are always making sure the fans are spinning and the water cooler is full. People come to us from all over the local colony and even from further out because they know the address. We do not do much in the way of fancy talk; we just focus on the babies and the mothers. Sometimes the nights are long and we are all tired, but that is just how it goes in a maternity ward. We have been part of Venkateswara Nagar for a good while and the hospital has become a familiar landmark for the people living nearby.
