A1- Hatimi Foam Palace

Our shop is located on Sagar Road, specifically in the Santhosh Nagar area. The address is a bit of a mouthful, Shop No. 17-1-383/106/A/3, but once you find the right lane, it's easy enough. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic passing by all day. We deal with foam and related stuff, so the shop is usually full of materials. Sometimes it’s hard to move around in here when a new shipment arrives. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one for the people living nearby. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so it gets a bit warm inside. We just keep the fan running and keep going. My family helps out sometimes when things get busy. We don't spend money on fancy signs or radio ads. Most of our business comes from people just walking by or neighbors telling their friends about us. It's a very local way of doing things. We know most of the other shopkeepers on this stretch of Sagar Road. We help each other out when someone needs change or a hand with something heavy. It's a community feeling here. We just want to keep the doors open and do a decent job every day. That's about it for us.
