Our office, Sans Info, is tucked away in Flat No. 310 on the 3rd floor of Amrutha Estates. It’s in the Lingapur House building over in Himayathnagar. It’s a typical office space, filled with desks, some old computers, and a lot of tangled wires tucked under the tables. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and typing away. It isn't a very loud place, mostly just the clicking of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb to the third floor. We deal with data and information, mostly just sitting and working through lists or fixing technical issues that pop up. People come by for meetings sometimes, and we have to move some stacks of paper off the extra chairs so they can sit down. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We usually have a pot of coffee going in the corner, though it isn't very good. There’s no big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will look up from their monitor to see what you need. It’s a practical workspace for a small team trying to get through the daily pile of work. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and know the guards downstairs well. They usually wave when we come in.
