Sanjay Technical Services(P)Ltd is located near the S.B.I. in Ichapuram, which is in the Sklm district. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us. This area is where we have always been. We handle technical stuff, which means there are always tools and parts lying around the office. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the work happens. We travel around the district quite a bit because people need us in different towns. Ichapuram is a small place, so everybody tends to know everybody else. We don't have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. It is just a few of us who know how to handle technical problems. When a machine breaks or something stops working, people give us a call. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of values printed on the wall. We just show up with our tools and try to get things running again. Sometimes the parts we need take a long time to arrive, and we have to tell the customers to wait. We try to be straight with people about that. It's a quiet life for the most part, except for when the workshop gets busy. We are just local people doing a job that needs doing. It keeps us busy and we like the challenge of fixing things.
