Sangeeta & Associates

Our office is located over in Red Hills at the Bhavyas Krishna Residency. Sangeeta & Associates has been here for a good bit now, right near Lakdi Ka Pool. It’s a bit of a maze in the building sometimes, but we are in Flat No 105 and 202. We spend most of our time looking at maps and structural details. It's not always exciting, but it's what we do. The Khairatabad area is always moving, so there is plenty to see out the window. We aren't a big corporate firm with lots of assistants. Usually, you just talk directly to one of us. We take on whatever work comes through the door, from small renovations to bigger planning jobs. We don’t go for those flashy presentations you see on TV. We just use our pens and computers to figure out the space. Sometimes we disagree on where a wall should go, but we work it out. The office usually smells like old paper and printer ink. It's a comfortable place though. We’ve seen the city grow so much from this spot. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or visiting sites to see how things are going. We just try to be practical about every project we handle and keep the paperwork in order.
