Synthokem Labs Private Limited

Our facility for Synthokem Labs Private Limited is at B-5 in the Industrial Estate, and we use Post Box No. 1911 for our correspondence. It’s a chemical lab, so it doesn't look like the other workshops on this street. We have a lot of glass equipment and stainless steel tanks inside. The place has a specific smell, like a mixture of chemicals and cleaning supplies. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to hang out if you weren't working. We have a small team of lab techs who spend their time measuring things out and checking the reactions. It’s a lot of sitting and watching gauges. The office is just a couple of desks in a corner that’s partitioned off by some old plywood. We don’t have a polished corporate look. It’s all about the production and the testing here. The industrial estate is a noisy place with a lot of heavy traffic, but we try to keep things quiet inside the lab so people can concentrate. We spend a lot of time on paperwork, making sure all the batches are recorded correctly. The summer heat is a challenge because we have to keep certain chemicals cool. We don't have any flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from long-term contracts with other companies. It’s just a steady, technical job that we do every day without much fuss. We just focus on the science and the batches.
