Our shop is located on Public Garden Road, right beside Haji House in Nampally. It’s a very well-known landmark, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been operating Sana Tours & Travels from this location for quite a while. It’s a busy area, especially during certain times of the year when there are a lot of pilgrims or travelers moving through. We mostly handle local tours and ticketing for people. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting their turn. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have lived in Hyderabad our whole lives. We know the routes well and we know which operators are reliable. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. If you just need a simple bus ticket to a nearby town, we’ll get it for you. If you’re planning a longer trip, we’ll sit down and look at the options. Sometimes the phones are ringing and people are talking all at once, which makes it a bit chaotic. But that’s just life in Nampally. We keep our records on the computer but still like to write things down on a notepad too. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a local business trying to make travel a bit easier for the folks in our neighborhood. We like what we do and we like being right here on Public Garden Road.
