Samhitha Agrotech Solutions Private Limited is based over in Chandanagar. Our office is actually inside the Aparna Hill Park Avenues complex, specifically at Door No 2-108/AHPA/E/504. It’s a bit of a residential setting, which makes the workday feel a lot less stressful than being stuck in a high-rise downtown. We are part of the Serilingampally area in Hyderabad. Most of what we do involves looking at how technology can help out with farming. We aren't trying to change the world overnight or anything, we just focus on practical things that actually work for people on the ground. The commute can be a bit much with Hyderabad traffic these days, but we manage. Being in P1 of AHPA means we have a decent view and a bit of peace. We have a handful of people working here. Everyone just pulls their weight. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. If there's a problem, we talk it out over tea and figure it out. It’s a very hands-on type of place. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and seeing what they actually need instead of guessing. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
