Our spot is over in Secunderabad, specifically in Ravindra Nagar. The address is 12-12-80, which sounds like a lot of numbers, but it’s just a house that we use for the business. Seethaphalmandi is a quiet enough area compared to the main city hubs, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. We’ve been set up here for a bit. It’s a ground floor space, mostly. We have a few computers and some tables pushed together. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies with neon lights. It’s just an office in a residential-ish block. There’s a tree nearby that gives some shade in the afternoon. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a project. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry here. The team is small, just a handful of us who live nearby or take the bus in. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We spend a lot of time talking about what needs to get done. There isn't much formality. If someone needs something, they just ask. We keep the doors open when the weather is decent. It’s a basic setup in Sec Bad, nothing more, nothing less. We just keep our heads down and work through our list of things to do every day.
