Our office and lab are tucked away on Picket Road, specifically in Bsnl Lane at Plot No. 4. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads. We spend our days dealing with life sciences, which basically means a lot of time spent looking at samples and keeping the lab equipment in good shape. It’s specialized work, but we aren't fancy about it. The team here is small and we’ve mostly been working together for years. We chose this location because it’s tucked away but still accessible. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find the first time because of the lane, but once you know where Bsnl Lane is, it's easy. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. There's always some kind of scientific discussion going on in the back. We focus on the details of our projects and try to stay out of the spotlight. It’s a practical environment. We have benches, microscopes, and plenty of paperwork to keep us busy. People who work with us know we’re just a group of professionals doing our thing in this corner of the city. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in doing our work steadily. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the building. Lunch breaks are usually spent together talking about anything except work.
