Sai Multi Speciality Dental Clinic is at P No. 3 right beside the Franchise Post Office in Hastinapuram. It is a handy location because people can drop in after they finish their business at the post office. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know the sign. Inside, it smells like a typical dentist office, that sharp clean scent that everyone recognizes. We have the dental chairs and all the tools laid out on trays. It is not a huge space but it is enough for what we do. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people have to stand outside for a minute, especially on Saturday mornings. We see a lot of kids who are a bit nervous and older folks who just want to chat. The staff is just a small group of us and we handle everything from the cleaning to the billing. We do not have any big corporate rules or anything. We just try to get the job done so people can go back to their day. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the shops. We keep the windows shut to keep the dust out but you can still hear the neighborhood noise. It is just a practical little clinic that serves this part of Hastinapuram. We keep our schedules in a big paper book and things usually run okay.
