Sai Bhagavan Constructions

We are over in Kukatpally at LIG-99/5 in the 3rd Phase of K.P.H.B. Colony. Sai Bhagavan Constructions is based right here in this part of Hyderabad. If you know the colony, you know it’s a big place with lots of houses and small businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the construction details. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a regular door that stays open during the day. Working in Kukatpally means we are always in the middle of the action. There is a lot of traffic and people moving around, which we’ve gotten used to. Our day usually starts with a check on current projects, then we spend some time here at the desk going over bills and site reports. It’s not a polished corporate office. There are usually some samples of tiles or bits of pipe lying around. We’re just regular folks who know a lot about building things. We talk to the neighbors and try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable for being on-site or in the office. It’s a straightforward business and we try to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We finish the day by cleaning up the desk for tomorrow.
