Sai Akshara Events

We are based in the Rock Town Residents Colony in L. B. Nagar, which is close to the Janapriyaenclave area of Hyderabad. Sai Akshara Events is really just a group of us who enjoy putting parties and gatherings together. Our office space is usually overflowing with bags of decorations, strings of lights, and different fabric samples for stages. It’s almost always a mess because we are either coming back from a big event or getting ready for the next one. Hyderabad weddings are huge and keep us running around the city at all hours. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s just us, some local guys we hire for the heavy lifting, and a bunch of lists written on whatever paper we can find. Sometimes the flower delivery is late or the trucks get stuck in the L. B. Nagar traffic, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We sit on old plastic chairs and try to plan where everything should go for the upcoming weekend. Rock Town is a quiet neighborhood until we start loading the equipment early in the morning. We know the local shopkeepers well, which helps when we need something last minute. We don't use any fancy planning software; it’s mostly just phone calls and quick sketches. It’s a bit of a chaotic way to live, but we like seeing everything come together when the music starts playing.
