Safety Manpower Solutions is based in Saleem Nagar Colony, over in the Malakpet area of Hyderabad. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while. My office is a small place where I spend most of my time on the phone or talking to people who come in looking for work. We focus on finding the right guys for safety jobs. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes a lot of time to get it right. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there’s always a need for people who know how to handle safety on a job site. I know Malakpet like the back of my hand. The traffic around here can be a nightmare sometimes, but it’s home. I don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing team. It’s just me and a couple of others trying to help folks find steady work. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting in the morning, and other days it’s quiet. I try to be honest with everyone about what the jobs are like. Construction and factory work can be tough. I’m not here to sell anyone a dream, just a decent paycheck for hard work. We keep our records in simple files and try to keep up with all the new rules. It’s a local business run by local people. We’ve seen the colony change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. People know where we are if they need work.
