Abids is a central part of Hyderabad and it stays very busy during the day. We have been working out of this office for a good number of years. It’s a solid place. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to travel. People walk in from the street to check on bus bookings or car rentals. We have a couple of rooms here in the complex. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a regular office where we do our work. We use simple English and talk to people directly. No big sales pitches here. We just look at the schedule and see what fits their needs. Sometimes the traffic in Abids makes it hard to get around, but once you’re here, it’s fine. We know the regular customers by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking the computer. It’s a lot of small details to manage. We just keep things moving along.
