S S Constructions

Our office at S S Constructions is situated in Saidabad, specifically at Sri Srinivasa Nivas in the SBH Officers Colony. We are on the 5th floor, which is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s where we do all our planning. Hyderabad is a busy place to be in the building trade, and our H.No. 17-1-391/1/5 & 6 address has been our base for quite some time. We aren't one of those massive developers you see on billboards. We are more of a hands-on group. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting permits, talking to suppliers, and making sure the sites are actually moving along. It gets pretty noisy in the office with the phones and people coming in and out, but we prefer it that way. We like being involved in the actual building process rather than just sitting behind a computer all day. The colony is a nice area and most of our work happens within a reasonable distance from here. We take things as they come and try to handle the problems that pop up on site without making a scene. It’s just honest work, building homes and structures for people around the city. We keep our office open for anyone who needs to drop off papers or talk about a project. It is just the way we work here in Andhra Pradesh.
