M S Travels

We are located down that narrow lane right by the bakery in SR Nagar. It is usually pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when the delivery vans are trying to get through. Our office is just a simple room where we handle travel bookings. Most days we are just sitting here at the desk answering the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a bus ticket or a car for a few days. It gets a bit loud because of the traffic outside but we are used to it by now. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they do the job for the few hours we are here. M S Travels has been in this spot for a while now. We know most of the people around this part of Hyderabad. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, which can be annoying for the customers. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s mostly just us keeping track of schedules and making sure the drivers know where they are going. There is usually some tea around if anyone wants some. We don’t have fancy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and some old maps on the wall that probably need replacing. It’s a plain place, but we get the work done and stay open until the evening most days of the week.
