Cutwell International

At Cutwell International, we operate out of C 2 33A, Gayatri Bhavan. It is a bit different from the big factory sheds you see elsewhere. Our office is a bit more compact but we make it work. We deal with cutting tools and trade stuff. There are always boxes stacked up near the door ready to be sent out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure shipments are on track. It is not always exciting work, but it is what we do. The building, Gayatri Bhavan, is a well-known spot in the area so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We have a small team here. We all know each other well and usually eat lunch together in the small break area. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming with all the regulations, but we chip away at it every day. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. It is a steady pace of work. We try to be careful with the orders because we know people are waiting for them. It’s just a normal office where we try our best to stay organized and keep things moving throughout the week. We just like to keep it simple and get things done.
