We are situated on the fourth floor of the Surya Kiran Complex, specifically in unit 401. Polycab Wires Pvt. Ltd. has been running things from this office for a while. It’s a standard office building, and the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, which is always annoying. From up here, we manage a lot of the coordination for our wiring products. There are always phone calls going on and emails being typed out. It’s not a very quiet office. We have desks cluttered with samples and technical sheets. Working with wires means we have to be pretty precise about numbers and specifications. Most of the team here has been doing this for a long time. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big shipment is being organized, but we find our way through it. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at our screens. The complex is in a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment, just a group of people making sure orders get processed and customers get their questions answered. It’s straightforward work. We like the routine of coming in and checking off the tasks for the day.
