I’m located over in the Sultan Bazar-Koti area, which is a really old and busy part of Hyderabad. The office is right near HVS School. If you know that school, you won't have any trouble finding me. It’s a very traditional neighborhood with lots of shops and people everywhere. My workspace is pretty simple. I don't have a big team or a fancy lobby. It’s just me, Rupravi Shah, handling the work that comes in. Usually, my day involves a lot of phone calls and looking through documents. Because I’m near the school, it gets quite loud when the kids are coming or going, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. I’ve been in this spot for a long time. The walls are covered with notes and calendars so I don't forget anything. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it serves its purpose. I prefer being in Koti because everything is close by. If I need a particular piece of paper or a stamp, I just walk down the street. It is a very hands-on way of working. Most people who come to see me are from the local area. We sit down, have some water, and talk through whatever they need. It’s a very direct and honest way to run a business without any of the extra fluff. I just try to be thorough and get the work done right the first time.
