Our shop is at 15-8-131/C in Begum Bazar, right near the Masjid. If you have ever been to Begum Bazar in Hyderabad, you know how tight the lanes are and how many people are always moving around. It is a very old part of the city, and our place reflects that history. We have large cooking areas where we prepare food in massive quantities. The smell of spices and hot oil is always in the air, and it sticks to our clothes. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for people to sit down comfortably. It is a working kitchen and an event storage space. We have stacks of big metal plates and cooking vessels piled up high against the walls. Most of our days are spent coordinating deliveries through the narrow streets, which is always a challenge with the bikes and carts in the way. It gets very loud and very hot, especially when the burners are all going at once during a big order. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for large crowds. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. People come to us because they know we are right here in the bazar and we have been doing this for a long time. It’s hard, sweaty work, but it is what we know how to do. We just focus on getting the flavors right.
