Our office is at 35, Srinivas Hills in Hyderabad. It’s where Roshni Developers Pvt Ltd sits, and we are part of the Indu Projects Ltd group. The area is a bit hilly, like the name says, which gives us a bit of a breeze sometimes. The office isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we keep all the project files and computers. It’s a bit away from the main road, so it’s not too loud, which is good when we have a lot of numbers to crunch. We have people coming in from the main Indu office occasionally, but mostly it’s just our small team. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve collected over the years. We’ve got a big whiteboard that's always covered in scribbles that only we can understand. Lunchtimes are usually spent sitting around the main desk talking about things other than work, just to take a break. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather put that into the work itself. There’s a lot of paper everywhere, mostly blueprints and site reports that need to be filed. We’ve been at Srinivas Hills for a good while now and know the local shops pretty well. It’s just a regular workplace for us, nothing more and nothing less. We show up, do the job, and head home when the sun goes down.
