Roopa Industries Limited is located on the 3rd Floor of T.G.V. Mansion in Khairatabad. The address is 6-2-1012. It’s a solid old building. We’ve been up here on the third floor for a long time. There's no elevator, or sometimes it doesn't work, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs every morning. The office is full of old files and heavy desks. It feels like a place where real work happens. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts. We have walls and doors. It’s a bit traditional, but it suits the way we operate. Khairatabad is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street below. We’ve grown accustomed to it. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a decade or more. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't really bother with trying to look like a high-tech startup. We’re an industry-focused company and our space reflects that. It’s practical and functional. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoons to talk about the day's tasks. It’s a steady environment. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, right here in the mansion. It’s not fancy, but it is reliable. We don't really see a reason to change things when they're working fine as they are.
