This business is run by Narayana Podili, son of Lakshamaiah, and we are based out of Atmakur in Mangalagiri. The address for R.K Buider&Developers is D.No 3-232/5 in Ganapathy Nagar. We have been working around the Guntur district for quite a while now. It is a local operation through and through. We build houses and other small developments when the work is available. It is not always easy with the way prices for cement and steel go up and down, but we keep at it. Our office is not much to look at, just a place to keep the records and meet with people who want to build something. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us through plenty of jobs. We do not do big TV commercials or anything like that because everyone around here already knows who we are. Some days are slow and some days we are running around like crazy trying to get things lined up. That is just the nature of being a builder in Andhra Pradesh. We try to be fair with people and just do what we said we would do. It is a lot of sweat and long hours under the sun. We are just regular people making a living by building things for other families in the area. If you are near Ganapathy Nagar, you have probably seen our projects going up. We just keep our heads down and work.
