R.K. Aircon Industries

We are based out of unit 24, 110/3 in the Ida area of Uppal. R.K. Aircon Industries has been here for a good stretch of time. Dealing with air conditioning in this heat is a necessity, not a luxury, so we stay pretty active. Our workshop is filled with compressors, coils, and various metal sheets we use for ducting. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't sit in an air-conditioned office all day ourselves; we're usually out on the floor putting units together or fixing old ones. The air in Uppal is often heavy with the smell of other factories, but you get used to it. We don't do big glossy brochures. Most of our clients find us because we fixed something for their brother or their neighbor. We like to keep things straightforward. If a machine can be fixed, we fix it. If it’s junk, we tell you it’s junk. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it's forty degrees outside and the cooling is down. We have a small crew, mostly guys who have been swinging wrenches for years. We aren't a massive corporation, just a local outfit making sure the air stays moving. It’s hard work, especially when we’re backed up with orders, but we get through it. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We just want to keep the local units running so people can sleep at night.
