Down in Gachibowli, the traffic is always something else, but that’s where you’ll find Rizel Automotive. We are right in the middle of all the high-tech buildings, which feels a bit strange because we deal with greasy parts and heavy tools every single day. Our space is usually full of half-finished jobs and the smell of old engine oil. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the area. Most of the guys here have been working on cars since they were teenagers. We don't have a shiny showroom or people in suits greeting you at the door. You’ll usually find us under a hood or talking to a parts supplier on the phone while trying to eat a quick lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different deliveries show up at once and the phone won't stop ringing, but we figure it out. We’ve had the same coffee machine for five years, and it still makes a decent cup if you give it a little tap. Gachibowli has grown so much lately, but we try to keep our little corner grounded. We handle a lot of the local traffic’s needs, and people seem to appreciate that we don't use a lot of big words to explain what's wrong with their vehicle. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Hyderabad. We stay late most nights just to clear the floor.
