Richmond Hills Balapur. Lakdi Ka Pul area is always crowded. We spend most of our time here at Shamshiri Estate. It’s an old part of Hyderabad, really. You see people rushing to work on Red Hills Road every morning while we’re just getting the doors open. Sometimes the traffic is so loud you can’t hear yourself think, but that’s just life here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get our work done. Most days, we’re just handling paperwork or talking to people who drop by the estate. There’s a tea shop just down the street that everyone goes to when they need a break. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The building has its quirks, like the elevator that takes its own time, but we’re used to it. The climate gets quite hot in the summer, making the walk from the main road a bit of a chore. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them straight. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We’re just a small part of the Red Hills community, trying to keep things moving along day by day.
