Our office for Rgp Electronics India is over in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, tucked into the Rama Krishna Nivas building. We take up flats 301 and 302, so we have a bit of room to spread out our electronics work and store our parts. Being near the Andhra Bank makes it easy to give people directions when they are coming to see us for the first time. It is a residential-feeling area but with plenty of other businesses around, so there is always a lot of movement on the street. The building is an older one, but it is sturdy and serves its purpose well. We spend a lot of time at our benches with soldering irons and testing kits. It’s not a shiny showroom or anything like that. It is a place where we actually do the manual work. The hallways are sometimes a bit narrow when we are carrying big boxes, but we manage just fine. We have been here in SR Nagar for quite some time now. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon rain starts coming down hard. We keep a small kitchen area for tea and lunch breaks, which is where most of the non-work talk happens among the staff. It’s a bit of a maze with all the wires and components sitting around, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a fancy logo on the door, just a small sign so people know they are here.
