If you are looking for Reva Clinic, we are on the 3rd floor of Merchant Towers. It is right across from the entrance gate of Gvk One Mall on Road No. 4 in Banjara Hills. Being on the third floor means you get away from some of the noise of the street, though the mall area is always lively. The elevator in Merchant Towers can be a little slow sometimes, so we tell people to give themselves an extra minute or two. Once you get inside the clinic, it is a pretty standard setup with a front desk and some chairs. We do our consultations and check-ups here in the rooms we have partitioned off. Banjara Hills is a busy part of the city, and being near the mall makes it easy to find landmarks. The staff spends their time managing the schedule and making sure the patient files are ready. We keep things simple and functional. There aren’t many frills here, just the necessary medical equipment and a place to sit. It’s a compact space, but it works for what we do. We see a lot of different people throughout the day, coming in from all parts of the area. It’s a regular routine of checking in, waiting, and seeing the doctor. We try to keep things moving so no one is sitting around for too long, but sometimes things take longer than expected. That is just how it is here.
