Reliance Infrastructure & Constructions Pvt. Ltd

Our office for Reliance Infrastructure & Constructions Pvt. Ltd is on the fourth floor of Padmavati Arcade. It’s in Sainathpuram, which is a busy part of Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar in Hyderabad. The elevator works most of the time, but some days we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We’ve got blueprints scattered all over the desks and there’s always a smell of coffee in the air. We focus on construction projects around the city. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and site managers. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three different people are on the phone at once. We don't have fancy office furniture, just the stuff that works. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street traffic below. We know the local tiffin center very well because that’s where our lunch comes from most days. Working in construction means there’s always something breaking or needing a fix, and we’re the ones who have to coordinate it all from here. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the people we work with. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the trucks arrived where they were supposed to. It’s a busy life here in Hyderabad and we’re just a small part of the machine keeping it moving. We keep the doors open and the fans running all day long.
