Reliance Communications Limited is located in KPHB Colony, specifically at H.No. Mig 73/3 in the third phase. If you know Hyderabad, you know how busy KPHB can get, especially with all the shops and people moving around. Our office is actually in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers you see in Hitech City. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local network issues and talking to people who come by with questions about their accounts. The colony is quite large, and being in Phase III means we are right in the middle of a lot of houses. Usually, the mornings are quiet, but by the afternoon, the street gets pretty lively with cars and bikes everywhere. We have a small team here, just a few of us trying to stay organized with all the service requests coming in. The office itself has been here for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don't really do much marketing or anything; we just handle the tasks as they come. It's a lot of computer work and checking on signal towers in the area. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road when things get a bit too hectic inside. It’s just a normal, everyday routine for us, keeping things moving for the local subscribers in Hyderabad.
