Our shop is located in Gandhi Nagar 2nd Street, which is in Buchi Reddy Palem in the Nellore district. Even though the name on the paperwork says Hyderabad, this is where we actually sit every day. It is at H.No: B-10-118. The area is pretty busy during the day with people going about their business. We handle a lot of phone stuff here, mostly just regular communication services that people need. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a few chairs and the counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the morning sorting through records and helping anyone who walks in the door with their connection problems. It is a practical setup and we have been in this spot for a while. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is a good location because everyone knows where we are. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages and we usually share some tea in the afternoon while finishing up the logs. It is just honest work and we try to stay on top of the paperwork so people do not have to wait too long for their mobile services to get fixed.
