Relaince Communications

The shop is at H.No.16-1-24/5 and it is just a regular place where people come for phone stuff. I open the shutters early most mornings. Usually, the first thing I do is dust the glass counters because the road outside gets very dusty with all the traffic. Relaince Communications is what people call us around here. Some days it is busy with people wanting recharges or looking at new handsets, and other days I just sit and watch the people go by. There is a small tea stall nearby, so I usually grab a cup around ten o’clock when things are quiet. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to work. Customers come in with cracked screens or questions about their monthly bills. I try to explain things clearly to them without using too many big words. It is not a fancy office, just a normal workspace. The shelves are mostly full of plastic chargers and screen guards. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to sit and wait a bit for the screens to load. It is a job like any other. I have been at this address for a long while now. Most of the neighbors know me by my first name. If someone needs a quick fix for their device, they stop by. We don't have a big sign, just a small one so you don't miss the door. It stays quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always running. That is pretty much what goes on here daily at the shop.
