Regalias Modular Designers

You can find us at Regalias Modular Designers in Bagh Amberpet. We’re located in Flat No. 104 of the Raghava Residency, which is in Vaibhav Nagar. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like the homes we are usually designing for. We started doing modular design because we liked the idea of making spaces work better. Our flat is filled with samples of materials, wood finishes, and sketches we’ve drawn up. It’s not a big corporate studio. It’s more of a workspace where we sit down and figure out how to fit a kitchen or a wardrobe into a specific room. Vaibhav Nagar is a nice part of Bagh Amberpet to be in. It’s got a good vibe and it’s easy for people to stop by. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, when someone comes to see us, they just sit down at our main table and we look at their floor plans together. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us and our clients. We’ve been in Raghava Residency for a while and the neighbors are all used to seeing us carrying boards and samples in and out. We take our time with each design because every house is different. It’s just us trying to make things look a bit better in our own way. We work until the sun goes down most nights.
