Reddy Venture

Our office for Reddy Venture is based in Gajularamaram, right at Flat 101 in the Vennela Residency. We are quite close to Pbr Gardens, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The area is growing quite a bit with new houses coming up all the time. Our space is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors to sit on. We spend a lot of time talking to people about plots and land. It’s a lot of paperwork and visiting different sites around the 500055 area. Sometimes we’re out in the sun all day looking at property, and other times we’re stuck inside doing boring filing. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a piece of land has an issue, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just local folks who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the traffic near the gardens gets heavy, making it hard to get to appointments on time. We just do our best to stay on top of things and keep the business running from our small office.
